MANILA, Philippines -- President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has declared April 11, Saturday, a special non-working, holiday, Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita said Wednesday.
Wednesday is the last working day for the week. Thursday and Friday are regular holidays, Ermita said.
