Vacancies for SL Agri-tech (Sterling paper subsidiary)

I have recently joined a mailing list where a good number of HR practitioners share their company's job vacancies. After some observation, I believe some of the vacancies are worth sharing to you all.

To start off, here's some of the vacancies for SL Agri-tech, in Sta. Cruz, Laguna.

MARKETING MANAGERS (2)

Responsible for the formulation, development, execution and maintenance of marketing strategies, including advertising, corporate communications and public relations; prepares strategies and plans; designs and oversees market research and development and execution of creative marketing ideas to meet company objectives.

Basic Requirements:

1. Degree in Marketing, Business or Agriculture preferably with MBA
2. At least 5 years experience in product/brand management, market research or marketing and sales operation in the agriculture/agri-chemical industry and seeds products.
3. Must have strong knowledge and experience in demand creation and sales force effectiveness.

GENERAL MANAGER

Plans, directs, organizes and controls the operation of the plant and ensures coordination of efforts in the two main areas: contract growing and plant operations and covering production, field operation, grains procurement and quality assurance

Develops strategic plans for attainment of the projected volume of quality grains to be procured, processed and disposed for marketing at the minimum level of operational costs.

Responsible for the daily operations of the plant and all its components

Basic Requirements:

1. Degree in any course related.
2. At least 5 years experience.
3. Must have strong leadership skills.
4. Willing to be assigned in Sta. Cruz, Laguna.

SALES DISTRIBUTOR SUPERVISOR

Responsible for opening new channels of distribution outside of retail, specifically non-traditional account and achieving the Sales Plan;
Develops and implements sales strategies and programs. Formulates sales objectives, policies, and procedures;
Manages the sales of products with established and new retailers/customers;
Works closely with independent suppliers to drive sales, develop and implement marketing & merchandising plans, and supports the technical training of all products;
Budgets and plans for the use of promotional funds to optimize sales; Compiles and analyzes competitive sales information and recommends actions pertaining to new product development, product improvement, marketing, pricing, and distribution;
and forecasts future sales in assigned product categories.

Basic Requirements:
1. Graduate of any Business/ or Marketing Management Course.
2. At least 3-5 years experience as Sales Supervisor in the    Agriculture industry or FMCG/ consumer product.
3. Knowledgeable on Accounts Management, handling sales calls, forecasting, market analysis, creation of sales plan & strategies.
4. Possesses leadership skills, excellent communication & presentation skill.
5. Assertive, passionate & results driven.

HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR

Implements the recruitment and selection process consonant to the needs of each department and to ensure the effectiveness of attracting, engaging and retaining newly hired employees.

Ensures that all employee information are captured in the Human Resource Information System.

Implements guidelines in the administration of compensation/ benefits related claims.

Checks and reviews timekeeping transactions.

Assists in the implementation of employee relations and communication programs towards improved employee morale

Coordinates conduct of training programs

Supervises general services functions such as building maintenance including repairs of facilities, preventive maintenance and cleanliness.

Basic Requirements:

1. Graduate of Psychology, Legal Management, Behavioral Science or any related course.
2. At least 2 years experience in a Agriculture industry.
3. Possesses leadership skills, excellent communication & presentation skill.
4. Willing to be assigned in Sta. Cruz, Laguna.

OFFICE STAFF

Responsible in maintaining corporate accounts and helps attain targets and assists in implementing a responsive monitoring and control system

Basic Requirements:
Graduate of any course.
Must be computer literate such as Excel and MS word. SAP experience is an advantage.
Must be willing to be assigned in Sta. Cruz, Laguna.
