MMDA Chairman Bayani Fernando recently launched the new text hotlines for commuters. If we ever encounter an abusive driver, such as overcharging taxi drivers, or drivers who steal your luggage, we can text the MMDA Metrobase. The numbers are:

This will be stored for viewing of LTO and other agencies when it comes time for registration of their licenses. Hopefully, these agencies will actually make a move to request for this data, or else this will be another useless project of the government.
