PROGRAMMER

Work on website development projects including design and implementation of Content Management Systems (CMS), web-based applications, website enhancements, database-backed websites and automation of web administration processes

Develop the programming code from scratch or by adapting existing website graphics packages and software to meet business requirements

Uploading the web site onto a server and registering it with different search engines.

Testing the website and identifying any technical problems and hitches

Establishing the purpose of the website based on its target audience

Determining any functionality that the site must support and developing PHP content based on practical approved layout

Identifying the content type the site will host and ensuring compatibility with the PHP programming requirements

Giving guidance on colors, layout and styles for the client Work with several programming languages including, PHP, JOOMLA, XML, SQL, VB, VB Script, Perl, ASP, Java, and JavaScript as well as combinations of such languages.

Work with a variety of database systems including MySQL, SQL Server, and Microsoft Access among others.

Work within a variety of database frameworks including ODBC, ADO and WebService.

Reviews, analyzes and modifies programming-related systems including documenting, designing, developing, testing, monitoring, and maintaining programs as specified by management.

Document work-time and processes as specified by management. Responsible for meeting set goals and deadlines as determined by management.

Requirements:

Experience with development of Content Management Systems for dynamic websites (transactional and interactive)

Knowledge of standards-based XHTML and CSS coding Knowledge of programming languages including PHP, JOOMLA, HTML, ASP, SQL,VB, C++, and XML. RESEARCH OFFICER

Responsible for providing output and other related information necessary for the continuous development and improvement of the training curriculum.

Graduate of four-year baccalaureate course, Bachelor's degree in Arts or Sciences or Maritime related courses

1 year experience in Maritime industry with strong research background

 

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

At least 10 years experience in warehousing in the oil and gas industry

Certified Dangerous Goods Handler (IATA/ Multi modal course) *Certified by a recognized training provider in Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment

Regulations (LOLER) requirements for lifting and hoisting

At least 5 years experience with SAP Blueprint or other ERP System SAFETY OFFICER

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Environmental/Health/Safety/Sanitary Engineering or any related course.

With at least 3 year(s) experience as Safety Practitioner

Knowledgeable in Management System (EMS and OHSAS) Safety Inspection, Accident and Incident Investigation and Risk Assessment.

Preferably an Accredited Pollution Control Officer

Applicants must be willing to work in Manila.

BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

Responsible for coordinating with the different units in reports preparation and/or studies relevant to the achievement of operational efficiency.

Graduate of four-year baccalaureate course , Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related courses

Three (3) years experience in operational planning
