OFFICE ADMIN. OFFICER
Primary Job Tasks: Ensure over-all efficiency and effectiveness of the office and its compliance on safety, security, health and environmental standards of the company and governing agencies.
* Develop and initiate office standards, policies and procedures that would ensure efficient and effective use of company's resources to support business growth and sustainability. Resources include but are not limited to; office personnel, office space, office equipment and office supplies.
* Evaluate and improve existing office related policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives and
core values.
* Determine needs of the office and its various departments in terms of resources to effectively operate and meet set
standards and busines objectives.
* Facilitate over-all effort of the office to meet standards on safety, security, health and environmental compliance.
* Supervise and control maintenance processes to ensure effective safekeeping of company fixtures and and assets.
* Liaise with building administrators, contractors and local agencies to ensure compliance on all applicable and governing laws
essential to sustain business growth of the company.
* Coordinate and work with different departments heads to ensure all office related procedures and policies are observed and reviewed regularly.
* Reports office management performance feedback on goals, objectives, metrics and issues to Business Leader of DuPont Sustainable Solutions.
Secondary Job Tasks:
* Facilitating training and orientation on office policies and procedures as well as office compliance.
* Keep an organized system to measure office performance on compliance and efficiency programs.
Requirements:
* Minimum work experience of 2 years in the same function/capacity.
* College Degree in Business Administration prewferably with Major in Management.
* Project Management certification is an advantage but not a requirement.
* Strong background and network in Philippine BPO/Call Center Industry
* Must be willing to work on a flexible hours (70% of work done during US EST office hours)
* Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
* Strong character and effective leadership skills.
* Excellent organizational skills
* Effective interpersonal and interdepartmental skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Work, Excel, and Powerpoint
* Excellent documentation skills
* Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
* Team player
* Willing to work in Pasig
* Willing to work on a fixed Monday to Friday schedule
GLOBAL IT SUPPORT HELPDESK
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance to both Internal and External cleints
* Responsible for troubleshooting all local desktop computers, monitors, printers, telephones and all softwares
* Triage of all incoming help calls
* Responsible for creating incidents and assisting to the right resource or taking corrective action
* Distribution of requests and problems to the right destination
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): MS Windows Operating System, VOIP, MSAD and Exchange Server.
* Preferred skill(s): Solomon, Infoview, Citrix.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
* Job role in IT Support/Helpdesk or equivalent.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Customer Service Oriented and well organized
* Proactive, Team player, Problem Solver
* Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
* Willing to work on a night shift / shifting schedule.
