OJTs for Lufthansa Technik

Lufthansa Technik is currently looking for On-the-Job trainees to be assigned in either of the following offices/departments:

* Compensation & Benefits, Human Resources
* Recruitment Section, Human Resources
* Commercial Audit Division under Office of the President/CEO
* 5S and Lean Management Division under Office of the President/CEO
* Technical Records Division, Technical Services
* Authorization & Licensing Section, Quality Management
* Marketing & Communications Division, Marketing Department
* Planning and Engineering, Aircraft Overhaul Department

Tasks to be done:
- prepare presentation materials in MS Powerpoint
- encode incoming data in MS Excel
- typing reports, memos, and general correspondence in MS Word
- distribute correspondences to internal offices
- receive, sort, arrange and distribute correspondences and mails following general instructions to be given
- answer telephone calls and inquiries
- assist incoming visitors with their inquiries

Qualifications:
1) Male or Female with pleasing personality.
2) Knowledgeable with MS Word, Excel, & Powerpoint
3) Good communication skills.
4) Ability to operate simple office equipment / machines (ie. typewriter, copier).
5) Will work under general supervision.
