HR announces the opening for the following positions:

MUSEUM SHOP SALES SUPERVISOR

Dept/Division : Ayala Museum
Location : Ayala Museum
Description of the Job :  The position, which is being filled up for a limited employment term, directly reports to the Manager – Business Operations. Specifically, the jobholder will perform the following tasks:


  • Oversee Museum shop outlet operations

  • Supervise Museum shop personnel

  • Perform inventory management

  • Attend to purchase orders, payments, and collections

  • Prepare reports on shop operations


Selection Criteria :

  • College graduate

  • Computer literate

  • With experience working in a retail environment and a highly customer service-oriented environment

  • With experience in supervising staff


ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

Dept/Division : Comptrollership and Accounting Department / Finance and Corporate Services
Location : BPI Head Office
Description of the Job : The position directly reports to the General Accounting Supervisor. Specifically the jobholder will perform the following tasks:


  • Receive and issue official receipts for all collections at the BPI office, deposit the same within acceptable time and prepare daily collection reports.

  • Handle check releasing during the specified schedule of releases and regularly monitor unreleased checks.

  • Assume custodianship and administration of petty cash fund.

  • Serve as back up for investment monitoring and reporting functions.

  • Assist in other general accounting tasks that may be assigned from time to time


Selection Criteria :

  • Graduate of any business course

  • Knowledgeable in cashiering and banking regulations

  • Preferably with basic accounting background

  • Preferably with experience in handling investment transactions

  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word


SENIOR MUSEUM SERVICES ASSOCIATE - MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

Dept/Division : Audience Development / Ayala Museum
Location : AFI BPI Office
Description of the Job : The position directly reports to the Manager - Audience Development. Specifically, the jobholder will perform the following tasks:


  • Help build public awareness on Museum's exhibitions and programs in various forms of media

  • Assist in the preparation of annual media plan to increase awareness on the museum's exhibitions and various programs and services.

  • Handle press releases.

  • Coordinate and assist museum's clients for interviews and other museums events.

  • Coordinate with the different departments of the museum for communication efforts.

  • Assist in the fundraising efforts by writing project proposals and sponsorship packages based on concepts agreed with Business Development Manager.

  • Assist Education Manager in preparation of exhibition guides and other educational materials.

  • Handle documentation of all published materials and communication collaterals.

  • Perform other functions that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

  • Handle management and updating of museum website.


Selection Criteria :

  • Graduate Major in Communication, Arts and other related course

  • With at least two years of related experience

  • Creative, systematic, team player, organized, service oriented.

  • Has excellent communication skills


LIBRARIAN

Dept/Division : Ayala Memory / Filipinas Heritage Library
Location : Filipinas Heritage Library
Description of the Job : The position directly reports to the Manager - Ayala Memory and is tasked with administering and organizing the Ayala Memory collection. Specifically, the jobholder will perform the following tasks:


  • Handle the classification, annotation, scanning, storing and inventory of photos.

  • Design and supervise the digitization and preservation program of the Ayala Memory Library and AV collection.

  • Handle the acquisition, classification, indexing, storing and inventory of materials for the Ayala Memory Library

  • Proofread and edit, if necessary, the encoded articles on the Ayala News Service database.

  • Research on major developments related to the Ayala Group of Companies.

  • Update the Ayala Memory webpage monthly.

  • Assist in writing tasks for other projects


Selection Criteria :


  • Graduate of B/M Library and Information Science, preferably with background in archiving and preservation.

  • Knowledgeable on different library operations and IT-related library management

  • With excellent classification, cataloguing, indexing, and inventory skills

  • With good communication skills

  • Possess good research and writing skills

  • Honest, patient, and flexible


EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Dept/Division : Center for Social Development (CSD)
Location : AFI BPI Office
Description of the Job : The position directly reports to the Director – CSD. Specifically, the jobholder will perform the following tasks:


  • Handle the schedule of the Division Director.

  • Provide administrative and technical support to the Division Director

  • Coordinate all division-level activities and meetings

  • Handle gathering and consolidation of division report for Executive Committee, Board of Trustees' meeting and annual report

  • Request for supplies and provide other logistical support required by the Office of the Division Director

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Division Director


Selection Criteria :

  • College graduate

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Preferably with experience in handling administrative functions with good business / technical writing skills

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Open to learning

  • Hard working, reliable, organized, and prompt
