• will manage a banquet kitchen and six restaurant kitchens

• willing to work on shifting schedules

SOUS CHEF

• completed a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job or has equivalent experience


• with at least two years relevant working experience in a similar capacity


• has satisfactory communication skills, spoken and written


• specializes in International cuisine


• adept in menu planning; creative and resourceful


• knowledge in restaurant kitchen and commissary operations an advantage


• will supervise Chef de Partie assigned in restaurants


• willing to work on shifting schedules


• computer literate

ASSISTANT FOOD and BEVERAGE MANAGER

• completed a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job or has equivalent working experience


• with at least two years relevant working experience in a similar capacity


• adept in planning


• exposure to bar and family videoke operations an advantage


• will manage operations of at least two food and beverage outlets


• will supervise Food and Beverage supervisors


• has excellent communication skills, spoken and written
