adept in menu planning; creative and resourceful
knowledge in banquets, catering, restaurant kitchen and commissary operations an advantage

skillful in the preparation of meat, poultry and fish
adept in quality control, production control, inventory and storage
knowledge in commissary operations, an advantage

CHEF DE PARTIE (2 slots)
completed a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job or has equivalent experience
with at least one year relevant working experience in a similar capacity
has satisfactory communication skills, spoken and written
adept in production and quality control
able to recommend menu items apt for target market
able to mentor and supervise cooks
willing to work on shifting schedules

ACCOUNT MANAGER
completed a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job or has equivalent experience
with at least one year relevant working experience
able to present, sell, negotiate and convince
able to transform leads into sales
exposure to hotel or resort operations an advantage
has excellent communication skills, spoken and written
presentable, and has a strong and pleasing personality

BANQUET CAPTAIN WAITER
completed two years of college or graduate of technical/ vocational course
with at least one year relevant working experience in a similar capacity
has satisfactory communication skills, spoken and written
creative and keen on details
highly organized
will supervise service staff during function set-up, service and clearing
willing to work on shifting schedules
computer literate

COOK
some college or graduate of technical/ vocational course
with at least one year relevant working experience in a similar capacity
with basic culinary know-how

GENERAL SERVICES TECHNICIAN
completed two years of college or graduate of technical/ vocational course
with at least six months relevant working experience in a similar capacity
