Qualifications:

* Graduate of any 4 or 5 year courses, preferably Engineering, Economics or Accounting
* With experience in Inventory, Materials Planning, Procurement  and Supply Chain Management functions
* Computer proficient especially in Excel
* Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
* Must be willing to work in Sta. Maria, Bulacan area

OFFICE SERVICES SUPERVISOR

Department/Division : Office Services / Comptrollership and

Description of the Job:

The job holder directly reports to the Senior Manager of Comptrollership and Administration Department and is tasked to:

1. Supervise the systematic purchasing of equipment, materials, supplies and services, including timely payment
2. Supervise the inventory control of equipment, materials and supplies
3. Handle negotiations with suppliers for new, critical and expensive purchases, and services
4. Implement procedures and policies on office services - communications, transportation, safety and security
5. Oversee delivery of messengerial, mailing and janitorial services
6. Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery systems and procedures; identify areas and opportunities for improvement and spearhead the implementation of changes
7. Coordinate with BPI security contingent regarding security concerns and advisories on building security
8. Perform other functions that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time

Selection Criteria :

1. Has at least 3 years of experience in procurement
2. With good working knowledge in Asset Management
3. Has above average negotiation skills
4. Willing to learn an existing Procurement Module
5. Has advanced skills in Microsoft software applications
6. With good oral and written communication skills
7. With very good interpersonal skills and high customer orientation
